A vibratory roller, also called a road roller. This is a type of heavy machinery used for road compaction. It uses the principles of gravity and vibration to compact the paving material so that the road surface is dense and flat.

The working principle of vibratory roller is relatively simple. First of all, the vibratory roller uses two steel rings to vibrate, one of which is speed regulating rotation, the other is fixed speed rotation. The motion of the two steel rings creates centrifugal and vibrating forces, which compacts the paving material evenly.
How to operate a vibratory roller?
The way to operate a vibratory roller is very simple. But before operating the vibratory roller, we need to check the various parts of the machine to make sure there is nothing wrong with the machine. After inspecting the machine, the operator needs to put on a safety suit, then fuel and start the engine, and use the handle of the vibratory roller to guide the machine into the road surface which needs to be compactor, and then we can lower the vibratory plate to the ground. Pull the lever to start the engine spinning. When compacted, turn the engine off and turn off the fuel.
