What should be paid attention to when using the cutting machine?

Preparation before cutting

1. Before use, carefully check the equipment's performance to ensure that each component is in good condition.
2. Check the switch of the power switch, the tightness of the saw blade, the saw blade guard, or the safety baffle in detail to ensure the stability of the console. If it is working at night, there must be sufficient lighting brightness.

3. Before use, turn on the switch, do not cut objects directly, but try to turn it a few times without load, and then start it after confirming that it is safe and correct.
4. Make sure that the power supply is consistent with the conventional rated voltage on the electric tool.

Matters needing attention when cutting

1. When the cutting machine is working, you must concentrate, keep a clear mind, and operate the power tool in a compliant manner. Never operate the cutting machine if you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, or drugs.
2. It is strictly forbidden to pull wires privately to ensure that the power lines are safe and reliable, and the power lines must be placed in compliance with regulations. Before using the cutting machine, carefully check the performance of the equipment to ensure that each part is in good condition.
3. Work clothes should fit well, not too loose or tight, do not wear jewelry or long hair, and strictly prohibit wearing gloves and operating without buttoning cuffs.
4. During processing, the workpiece must be firmly clamped. When the workpiece is not clamped tightly, cutting operations are prohibited.
5. It is forbidden to grind the workpiece burrs on the grinding wheel plane to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking and hurting people.

6. When cutting, the operator should deviate from the front of the grinding wheel, and wear protective glasses when operating. Dust will be generated during operation, so wear a mask or face shield.
7. It is strictly forbidden to use the damaged grinding wheel. When cutting, prevent sparks from flying around and keep away from flammable and explosive items.
8. When clamping the workpiece, the clamping should be stable and firm, and the protective cover must be installed correctly. After clamping, first turn on the machine and run it dry for inspection. If there is vibration or abnormal noise, stop the inspection immediately.
9. If a new cutting blade is replaced midway, the lock nut should not be tightened too hard to prevent the saw blade or grinding wheel from cracking and causing safety accidents.
10. When cutting, hold the handle of the cutting machine firmly and force evenly, and cut vertically.

11. When cutting, be careful not to cut small unclamped workpieces, and do not cut profiles with severe edges.
12. Sometimes in order to improve work efficiency, multiple pieces will be sawed together. At this time, auxiliary clamping and positioning work should be done well.
13. Do not make a powerful cutting saw. Before cutting, the motor speed must reach full speed before it can be operated.
14. When cutting, do not stand behind the saw. When resting or leaving the work site, immediately cut off the power supply.
15. Do not release your hand or raise your arm from the saw or workpiece as long as the saw blade is not stopped.

16. If the guard is not in place, do not operate, and the hands cannot be placed within 15 cm from the saw blade. When operating, it is best to keep your body at an angle of 45 degrees, and do not lean over or around the saw machine.
17. If there is an abnormal sound during work, stop checking immediately. If it is necessary to repair or replace accessories, the power must be cut off and the saw blade must come to a complete stop before continuing to operate.
18. If you use the cutting machine in a wet place, you must stand on an insulating mat or a dry wooden board.
19. Turn off the power immediately after processing, and clean the equipment and surrounding areas at the same time.
